Unique combinations

Epoxy resin is an increasingly popular material in the world of creative work, especially when it comes to making decorations and personalized items. From artwork and glass-effect tables, to small details such as ornaments and original gifts, each item is unique, and is intended as a home decoration or an original gift, private or business.

In wood processing, we cooperate with reliable subcontractors such as the Workshop Hoblić and Dr. Markus, whose high-quality laser printing and specialized finishing techniques further enrich the final appearance and value of our products.

[ ECO EPOXY]

We think green. We love green.

Eco epoxy resin represents a harmony between art and sustainability.
This innovative epoxy resin is designed to offer excellent artistic performance while reducing environmental impact.

Main features:

  • Eco-friendly: contains 40% biological components derived from biomass, reducing the use of petrochemical sources.
  • High transparency: maintains exceptional transparency and a perfectly smooth surface.
  • Resistance and stability: resistant to UV rays and humidity, with superior mechanical resistance.
  • Easy to use: low exothermic reaction minimizes the risk of yellowing and overheating.

Frequently asked questions

What are composite materials?

Composite materials are often called glass-fiber reinforced plastic or glass-fiber reinforced plastic – abbreviated GFK. The name already indicates that this working material consists of various components, such as resin and reinforcing materials, such as glass, carbon or natural fibers. By combining the individual components, better properties are achieved collectively than each individual working material could achieve on its own.

What does lightweight construction mean?

Glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP) represent lightweight production or lightweight construction. GFRP is often used with the aim of reducing weight as much as possible in order to save costs, energy or raw materials. Increasing payloads is also an argument for lightweight construction. Due to the low weight, fiber-reinforced composite materials with low density and high mechanical properties are primarily used.

Can GRP components be repaired?

Pores, scratches and fiber punctures in GRP components can be filled with resin again. Small grooves, worn edges, rough surfaces or exposed fibers can therefore be closed again, thus ensuring protection against environmental influences once again.

Advantages of products made of GRP material
  • Due to their permanently high stability and absolute corrosion resistance, GRP products are extremely safe
  • The permanent resistance to atmospheric influences enables long-term use outdoors
  • The low weight is an advantage, especially during transport and assembly
  • Due to the smooth inner and outer walls, GRP products are easy to clean
  • GRP products are absolutely resistant to UV radiation
  • GRP products react very well to fire and are very chemically resistant
  • Temperature resistance from –30 °C to +40 °C
