We make models and molds to create products according to your ideas or designs, either by hand or with the help of a 3D printer. We also offer a repair service for products made of fiberglass.
We are especially proud of using a large-format 3D printer, which allows us to create molds and finished products from bioplastics. This technology represents a combination of modern production and sustainability, as we develop solutions that are not only innovative, but also environmentally responsible – contributing to the reduction of waste and the stimulation of a circular economy.
Composite materials are often called glass-fiber reinforced plastic or glass-fiber reinforced plastic – abbreviated GFK. The name already indicates that this working material consists of various components, such as resin and reinforcing materials, such as glass, carbon or natural fibers. By combining the individual components, better properties are achieved collectively than each individual working material could achieve on its own.
Glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP) represent lightweight production or lightweight construction. GFRP is often used with the aim of reducing weight as much as possible in order to save costs, energy or raw materials. Increasing payloads is also an argument for lightweight construction. Due to the low weight, fiber-reinforced composite materials with low density and high mechanical properties are primarily used.
Pores, scratches and fiber punctures in GRP components can be filled with resin again. Small grooves, worn edges, rough surfaces or exposed fibers can therefore be closed again, thus ensuring protection against environmental influences once again.
